Greenkeepers 21 Day Challenge rules 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The “Greenkeepers 21 Day Challenge” is sponsored by “Greenkeepers USA”. This contest is governed by these official rules. By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Greenkeepers USA, are final in all respects.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Greenkeepers USA, not Facebook.

 

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to residents of the San Francisco Bay Area where not prohibited by law, who have Internet access and a valid Instagram and/or Facebook account. Greenkeepers USA has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

SUBMISSION PERIOD
The challenge begins at April 13, 2020 8 AM PST and ends at May 3, 11:59 PM PST. All entries must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Greenkeepers USA reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Follow the FB Page Greenkeepers USA and Instagram Account greenkeepers_usa

2. Instagram: Post on your story or feed with the tag greenkeepers_usa. Hashtag us with #GK21days. Make sure your account is public!

3. Facebook: Post as a Facebook story or post with the tag #GK21days. Screenshot your post and message it to us on our facebook page: Greenkeepers USA

 

Each day's challenge and each platform that you post on accounts for one (1) raffle entry. (2 raffle entries max per day).

 

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the duration of the challenge will gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen at random.
The winners will be announced on or about May 4, 2020. Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the Facebook or Instagram account through which entries were submitted. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her accounts for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this challenge. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Greenkeepers USA within seven (7) days, through Facebook or Instagram, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

 

PRIZES:
Grand Prize: The raffle winner will receive up to a 20 dollar gift of one of the following sustainable products: (1) reusable water bottle (2) reusable cutlery set (3) metal straws (4). beeswax wrap (5) any other sustainable products. If not the aforementioned products, the winner may receive up to a 20 dollar gift card to one of the following environmentally conscious companies: (1) Patagonia (2) Lush (3) Tentree (4) Pela Case (5) Any other eco-conscious company that sells e-gift cards.

Note: Sustainable products are those products that provide environmental, social and economic benefits while protecting public health and environment over their whole life cycle, from the extraction of raw materials until the final disposal.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. 

The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Greenkeepers USA is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the challenge, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Greenkeepers USA reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the challenge, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Greenkeepers USA determines that the challenge cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Greenkeepers USA’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the challenge. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Greenkeepers USA reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Greenkeepers USA is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the

inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE CHALLENGE, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS GREENKEEPERS USA AND THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. GREENKEEPERS USA DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE.
